Our Commitment

Perpetual Beverages is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.


Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA are our target standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Following a comprehensive accessibility audit and remediation completed in 2026, our public website and customer ordering experience are substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: the large majority of the standard is met, with a small number of items still undergoing final verification with assistive technologies. How We Assessed Our Site

Our conformance status is based on a comprehensive self-evaluation of our public website and customer ordering flow against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, conducted in 2026, followed by remediation of the issues identified. We continue to review new and changed features for accessibility as part of our ongoing development process.


Measures We Take

Perpetual Beverages takes the following measures toward accessibility:

  • Treat accessibility as part of our ongoing development and review process.
  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA to label form fields, announce dynamic updates (such as order totals and errors) to assistive technologies, and manage focus within dialogs.
  • Maintain color-contrast and keyboard-operability standards as we build and remediate.
  • Test against assistive technologies and address reported barriers.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, some limitations may remain. We are actively working to resolve them:

  • A small number of interactions are still undergoing final verification with screen readers and at high zoom levels.
  • Some content or functionality provided by third parties (see below) may not fully meet our accessibility standards.

Our website and applications may include content or functionality provided by third parties, such as payment processors, mapping services, and social media integrations. While we encourage our partners to follow accessibility best practices, we cannot guarantee full accessibility of third-party content.
